SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
At Ayurkin, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $100.00. For orders under $100.00, a flat rate of $9.95 will apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, Ayurkin offers shipping within Australia only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
CURRENCY
All prices are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$).
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to prepare and dispatch your order. After dispatch, and once you have received shipping confirmation, your parcel is expected to arrive in approximately 3 – 7 business days to metro areas. Shipments to interstate and regional areas may require additional time.
To keep you informed, you will receive an email containing tracking details so that you can monitor the progress of your parcel.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Ayurkin is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier delays, or holidays. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates, including estimated times provided by third-party couriers.
RETURNED ORDERS DUE TO FAILURE TO DELIVER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam or junk inbox.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate (including house number, street name, suburb, and postcode). If an order is lost due to an incorrect address, Ayurkin is not held accountable for the loss, and we cannot provide a refund. However, we will make all attempts to make any changes prior to dispatch or redirect with the courier.
Any orders that are not collected in time and are returned to Ayurkin will incur a $9.95 reshipping fee. This applies even if your original order qualified for free shipping.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to exchange your purchase for another product instead. Exchanges are applicable only to full-price items within 30 days of the purchase date and are not available for items purchased on sale.
If you wish to initiate an exchange, kindly reach out to us via email at connect@ayurkin.com. Be sure to provide your order number and specify the new item you would like to receive in exchange.
When returning, all products must be unused and returned with the original packaging intact. Returns are at the cost of the purchaser. When returning, please ensure the products are adequately packed and protected in transit. Ayurkin does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged goods if the above conditions are not adhered to. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges if there is damage to the packaging or the product.
Upon receiving your return, we will issue an exchange with free return shipping.

FAULTY GOODS
At Ayurkin, all products are carefully inspected when packaged for dispatch. If the product reaches you damaged or faulty, please contact us at the provided email address. We will provide you with a return address and assist with the return process. Photo evidence and your order number will need to be provided to Ayurkin within 5 days of receiving your order to evaluate the issue.
Please note, our Immortal metal candles are crafted from high-quality metal. Due to the nature of the material, slight variations in shade or finish may occur, which is a normal characteristic of the metal itself. These variations are not considered defects and will not be accepted as such.
